FAQ

Let us answer some of Your questions:

What services do you offer?

We offer professional mixing and mastering for artists across all genres. Whether you need a polished mix, a release-ready master, or both, We’ll make sure your music sounds powerful, balanced, and competitive on all streaming platforms.

What’s the difference between mixing and mastering?

Mixing is the process of balancing your vocals and instruments, adding effects, enhancing clarity, and creating the final sound of your song.

Mastering is the final step that optimizes your finished mix for streaming platforms, consistency, loudness, and overall playback quality.

How do I send my files?

Simply upload your files after placing your order. For mixing, send individual stems (WAV, MP3) with no clipping and minimal processing unless it’s an intentional creative effect.

For mastering, send your final stereo mix with at least 3–6 dB of headroom.

How long does the process take?

Most projects are completed within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the song and the current workload. We work for quality, not quantity.

Can I send reference tracks?

Absolutely. Reference tracks are encouraged because they help us understand the sound, tone, and energy you’re aiming for.

Will my music stay private?

Yes. Every project is treated as confidential. Your music will never be shared or distributed without your permission.

What genres do you work with?

We work with artists from a wide range of genres including Hip-Hop, Rap, Trap, R&B, Pop, Rock, EDM, Alternative, and more.

Will my song be ready for Spotify and Apple Music?

Yes. Every master is optimized for today’s major streaming platforms while preserving the dynamics and quality of your music.

Can you fix poor recordings?

Mixing can improve many issues, but it can’t completely repair recordings with excessive background noise, distortion, or poor microphone setup. The better the recording, the better the final result.

What if I’m not sure which service I need?

No problem. Send us a message with your project and We’ll recommend whether you need mixing, mastering, or both.

Do I keep 100% ownership of my music?

Yes. You retain full ownership of your songs. We’re providing an audio engineering service only.

How do I get started?

Choose the service that fits your project, upload your files, include any notes or reference tracks, and We’ll take care of the rest. You’ll receive a professionally mixed and/or mastered track that’s ready for release.
